Head Chef - Daljit Dusanj
Dajit last worked at Axis, the buzzing restaurant at the prestigious central London venue 'One Aldwych'. We are delighted that Dajit is working with The Tree at Cadmore, and has devised a host of new dishes.
Using locally sourced ingredients, the menu serves traditional English food along with a choice of International cuisines. The sort of food you look for and don’t often find!
Also on the team influencing culinary decisions is a Thai specialist direct from Novotel Bangkok, plus two other top industry chefs.
Our 'Eat as much as you like' Sunday Grand Feast is fast becoming a favourite with everyone with a full carvery, and lots of lovely international dishes. International Curry Night on a Thursday are proving to be a hit, and on Monday lunchtimes anyone 65 years young and over are welcomed to a 'Buy One Main Meal Get One Free' between 12 and 3pm.
The Bar
The bar serves a range of Real ales along with an International choice of beers, spirits & wines. If you just want to come for a meeting the bar serves a super range of non alchoholic beverages, including coffees, teas and hot chocolate, and has free WiFi for our guests. Perfect for those quick business meetings wanting a peaceful yet luxurious place to meet and network.
